On larger losses, contents have to leave the property so the structure can dry and rebuild. We barcode-inventory, pack-out, and transport contents to our climate-controlled facility for cleaning, deodorization (ozone or hydroxyl), and secure storage. Items are returned to your home cleaned, photographed, and ready to place — typically at the end of reconstruction.

- How long can my contents stay in storage?
- Typically until reconstruction is complete and the home is ready for re-installation. We coordinate with the rebuild team and your adjuster on timing.
- What about electronics or sentimental items?
- Electronics are cleaned by specialty subcontractors with ultrasonic equipment. Photos, documents, and irreplaceable items are flagged in the inventory and handled with extra care — including freeze-drying for paper when needed.
